This is a follow-up review to our 3/28 visit. Many thanks to General Manager Andrew Browning who reached out to us and completely turned a bad experience around. Mr. Browning's total commitment to guest experience is refreshing and heart-warming. He carefully listened to our feedback and put corrective actions in place immediately. He followed up on details of the vehicle repair and kept us posted with his own personal number. My wife and I paid another visit to the dealership and met Mr. Browning in person today. We are thankful to the hail damage repairs and the great help by Tyler Smith from the sales team. We are impressed by their honesty, transparency and fairness, and the full demonstration of how much Mr. Browning and Mr. Smith care about their customers (and how we were treated as guests). We are glad to report that this turn-around story has a happy ending. Today my wife and I were able to purchase the vehicle we test drove but had to walk away two weeks ago. All we have left to do is to go back and have the damaged windshield replaced (hopefully soon). We feel that Andrew Browning and Tyler Smith have won our trust back. And we would love to recommend them to all of our family members, friends and coworkers.
