Having been in the Auto Auction business for some 30 years, I have always had company cars or a vehicle I had purchased through the auction. The first time I saw the GV80 I knew I wanted one but had nev years, I have always had company cars or a vehicle I had purchased through the auction. The first time I saw the GV80 I knew I wanted one but had never bought a new car from any dealership. Within 10 minutes of my first inquiry I sent online, Trevor texted back and we started talking about their current inventory. A few days later Trevor met me out in front of the store when I pulled in and gave me a full run down of all the GV80’s bells and whistles.. There was no pressure but a genuine effort to help me learn about the car. We drove the GV80 for about 10 minutes and I knew it was the one. We walked inside and I literally told them where I wanted to be number wise and 30 minutes later I was signing the paperwork. No games, no pressure, and the whole experience couldn’t have been easier. Trevor has followed up with me twice to see if there was anything else I needed or he could do for me. Two words, Class Act. I took my new Elantra in today to receive the window tint. Not only was the tint job fantastic, but Jeremy went above my expectations to wash, vacuum, and wipe down the interior. This was my first experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I have been stressing for weeks on this, and when I walked in there after visiting another type of dealership, he was the first person I saw. He was kind, and showed me that he cared about what I wanted. He asked me what I was looking for and what I felt I needed in a vehicle and then took me outside to show me the Tucson. He NEVER pushed me into anything I wasn’t interested in. I deliver cakes at times and so the boxes are pretty tall. My concern was finding something that would fit a tall box. When I mentioned this to Gavin, he went back into the dealership and came back with a measuring tape. He measured the back of my vehicle and measured the Tucson. We were able to see that the Tucson was a little taller. Plus, it was easier to put the box in. The sales rep at the dealership I had visited before never questioned me on my needs or wants. Even though I mentioned what I needed. Gavin was very respectful in answering all my questions. Even after I left, he never called to bug me about it, he respected me as a new car buyer. I sent him tons and tons of emails with all sorts of questions. He answered each without hesitation. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I’ll see him again. The nice surprise was that right before I left with my new beautiful car, he asked me to make a list of any questions I may have and let him know and he would be happy to help me.
