Reached out looking for an Ioniq sel and had the displeasure of dealing with Brent billingley. He was absolutely rude. I asked him whether he could sell at a particular price. Even when I shared similar priced cars at further away dealership in texas he kept arguing with me that the other dealership was lying. Eventually I got tired and moved on. I bought the vehicle same day from autonation Hyundai north Richland hills who not only met my price but had the smoothest purchase experience. Sales people like Brent are more interested in arguing than making a quick sale. More
