Had my vehicle for over 9 months, charged me for a service that they didn't fix, I brought it back to have them fix it, they added another $1300 to the cost of repair. Everything was okay except it took almost 24 hrs to speak with a live person to learn the status of the repair. I realize that Eric was the only service manager, he needs some type of support to provide time with a live person to learn the status of the repair. Low rating due to having to wait almost 2 months to get my car in the shop. The part arrived to your shop but I was never called for an appointment to have the repair done.
