This was our first time dealing with Dason, he didn't quite realize when I told him " I needed to go home, & not stay" that meant to go home within a sooner time than 2 hours. I told him I needed to go quite realize when I told him " I needed to go home, & not stay" that meant to go home within a sooner time than 2 hours. I told him I needed to go home due to I had things to get done before work. I feel when a customer brings in a vehicle , it should be the first thing an adviser should understand not all customers want to sit in the waiting area for any longer than 30 minutes , let alone 2 hours, especially when vehicle was not going to be worked on that day. I realize , we did tell him we were not going to leave it overnight, we just wanted to know if the problem could be resolved on our truck, we did however tell him , we could bring it back on Wednesday & leave. This was not our first time with James Woods advisers, Bryan Stanley has been our Adviser in the past & always has done a great job of communicating with us. Steve Frazier is a great guy and very honest. I told him what I was looking for and he made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and I didn't feel pressured to buy it.
