I bought my truck from this dealership, that process was amazing. I would recommend for sales. Service on the other had was a bit disappointing. I was told my truck would be ready at 3. 3:23 came around amazing. I would recommend for sales. Service on the other had was a bit disappointing. I was told my truck would be ready at 3. 3:23 came around so I asked and he said it’ll be ready at 3:45. Thats a huge time difference. He acted like I wasn’t told by him that it would be ready at 3. Communication is huge in these situations. All you have to do to make a customer feel that their time is valued, is communicate when service is taking longer than estimated. He didn’t let me know until I asked, that’s not ok. Also, a water bottle, so trash was left in my truck from the service folks. I didn’t feel my time was valued therefore, I will not return. Valuing the customer will in turn create loyalty. More
My last visit a week ago took way too long for an oil change with having an appointment booked. I was there just shy of 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This is unacceptable and they need t change with having an appointment booked. I was there just shy of 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. They either need to hire more techs or quit overbooking customers and forcing them to wait long periods of time. More
