I would like to thank Cathy Spurgeon and the James Wood Dealership staff for their assistance & generosity in the purchase of my vehicle. They made it a smooth, relatively EASY experience. My motor quit on my previous truck, and Car Shield reneged on their guarantee to fix the mechanical issue. I was then forced to rent a vehicle until I found something that matched what I previously had. The vehicle that I purchased exceeded what I was looking for. Cathy S. went a step further by arranging the turn-in of my rental vehicle at a convenient location in Decatur and picked me up from that location. She's a pleasant person to do business with and I recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go pay her a visit. More
