Very good experience. I spent almost 20 years in the car business and I did not wan to play the usual game. Once I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and a dealership experience, it was smooth sailing. Our Sales Consultant, Michelle, was helpful and eager to be of service. We met the GSM, Dennis, who was open, honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Jess was very helpful on our return to do another test drive. We agreed to terms and conditions, they brought in the vehicle for us and we had a smooth delivery experience. It was getting late on a Friday evening but Michelle stayed with us to go over the vehicle until we told her to go! She reached out to us on Saturday and today ( Sunday ) Finance was short and sweet. No hard sell, just a professional experience. This was everything you could ask for in buying a new car. Thanks again to everyone at the dealership. You definitely earned my business!

He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely easy to work with. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and that everything was handled properly. Our initial discussion via emails and texts (Thanks Moe!) allowed us to agree on these terms beforehand, which made the process incredibly transparent and stress-free. The final decision was made at the dealership, where my salesperson, Leighton Drummond, took fantastic care of me. Leighton fully honored our preliminary agreement and guided me through the final steps without a single ounce of pressure. During the test drive, Leighton explained a wealth of details about the vehicle and answered all of my questions with an impressive, thorough knowledge of the car. He really took the time to make sure I understood all the features and capabilities of the vehicle before making my choice. My son bought his first car from Mazda Lakeland in Sept 2026. Due to long term chronic illness he has been mostly home bound for years. He just got his drivers license at 22 and has little to no knowledge of the fundamentals of navigating society in general much less purchasing a car. Michael Dufour went out of his way to engage and establish a rapport with him. He was knowledgeable and patient and when the waiting - which was minimal - became miserable for my kid due to fatigue, Michael was quick to provide complimentary snacks lol Pricing was transparent and the financing process was speedy. The entire process was surprisingly pleasant compared to some of my past experiences sitting at a dealership for most of a day. I would purchase- or help my kid purchase- from Mazda Lakeland again.

No curve xxxxx like I've experienced with dealers in the past. He emailed me a video of the car after I inquired about it.
