I worked with Michael Redpath and this score belongs to him, not Wayne Acosta. He was Amazing! We did the deal over the phone. My Van was in the service department so he was able to go appraise it for m him, not Wayne Acosta. He was Amazing! We did the deal over the phone. My Van was in the service department so he was able to go appraise it for my trade in and work out the deal on the new van. We came in later, did some paper work and moved over our personal items from the old van to the new. He sat with us for 30 mins to show us all the new features on the new van. It was a great experience and has set a new standard for my future car purchases. Our finance dept rep was Tony. Quick, efficient. All in all, this is my 4th car I have purchased from Family Kia, but the first from the new owners and my favorite experience so far. Both employs I cant say enough good things about. More

I purchased a used 2019 Kia Soul from Family Kia the car has had nothing but problems. The engine is now failing, but was excluded from the Class Action Settlement because the engine was 1.6 liter. I have called Family Kia numerous times and asked to speak to a manager. No return telephone calls. This dealership is absolutely no assistance once you completed the purchase. I am telling you to stay away from Family Kia. The dealership is absolutely the worst. More
