When our purchase was complete and we drove away we had to turnaround right away due to a loose clip in the roof rack. While effort was given, it couldn’t be corrected at that time and the Service Dept was closed (Saturday afternoon). We were told to come back soon and have it corrected. Overall, all staff were friendly and approachable and we were content with our purchase. More
