For the most part my experience was quite pleasant, Thomas and Brayan were excellent, helpful and informative, and met my needs. The person who closed my loan was a little less pleasant, he tried to push me for extra purchase even after I told him no like 5 times. I finally had to say that's my final answer to get him to stop. And I was a little disappointed that the truck didn't have much gas and they couldn't put any in because the cards were locked up. I felt that should have been done and ready for me before I arrived. Other than them 2 things, I was happy with the service. More
