The person who closed my loan was a little less pleasant, he tried to push me for extra purchase even after I told him no like 5 times. I finally had to say that's my final answer to get him to stop. And I was a little disappointed that the truck didn't have much gas and they couldn't put any in because the cards were locked up. I felt that should have been done and ready for me before I arrived. Other than them 2 things, I was happy with the service.

I gave him two opportunities to be truthful and he failed on both occasions. I informed management of his deception and apparently they condone this behavior. They readjusted the price a bit as Bryan didn't use the advetised price. Brayan is still employed by BobSteele Chevrolet. Whenever dealing with the sales staff ALWAYS ask for the sales manager to review the proposal. My upcoming new car purchase for my wife will definitely not be placed with this deralership..

You condone lying by your salesman and if you didn't, management AND Brayan would have already apologized. You have no honor and I will continue to inform everyone I can of your dishonest sales tactics, and that you are the prime example of "the lying used car salesman" You've had ample opportunities to respond to my phone calls and would if you were sincere.
