I walked into Brandon Honda feeling completely defeated after months of dealing with issues and recalls on my Ford. I was exhausted and honestly just ready for a solution. I spoke with GSM Justin about after months of dealing with issues and recalls on my Ford. I was exhausted and honestly just ready for a solution. I spoke with GSM Justin about my situation before coming in, and from the moment I arrived, he greeted me like family. He connected me with salesman Eddie Guadalupe, and the whole experience shifted immediately. While Justin worked behind the scenes to make sure I got the best possible deal, Eddie helped me narrow down the perfect truck for me. We landed on a 2026 Honda Ridgeline RTL in Sonic Gray Pearl AWD, right in my price range and exactly where I needed to be on monthly payments. One thing that really stood out was that Eddie hand-washed the vehicle for delivery. He does this for every customer, and that extra touch made the whole experience feel even more special, like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I also really appreciated their finance team and how low-pressure the entire process was. They gave honest guidance on which warranties made the most sense and let me make the right decision without any pressure. I would absolutely give this experience a 10/10. I’d send anyone to Brandon Honda to work with both Eddie and Justin because they truly made the experience amazing. All in all, this was an incredible experience. More
