My experience with Brandon Honda was extremely disappointing, and I found the conduct of the sales and finance departments to be highly unprofessional. Although I appreciate that upper management disappointing, and I found the conduct of the sales and finance departments to be highly unprofessional. Although I appreciate that upper management ultimately became involved and helped resolve several of my concerns, the overall process was stressful, confusing, and time consuming. On September 17, 2026, my wife and I entered into a transaction for a new 2026 Honda Pilot Elite. We traded in our vehicle, provided a $4,000 down payment, and left the dealership believing that the financing terms presented to us had been finalized. The financing was later not completed as originally presented. We were asked to provide an additional $5,200 down payment, and several attempts were made to restructure the transaction, including consideration of my mother as a potential cosigner. The process became increasingly stressful for our family. Multiple credit applications and lender submissions were made, and we ultimately decided to unwind the transaction and return the Honda Pilot. After I escalated my concerns, I was contacted by Brett Morgan, CEO of Morgan Automotive Group; regional director Matt Mickelson; and general manager Sam Raabe. During this process, I also received insulting and unprofessional emails from Clayton Mieir, which made an already difficult situation even more upsetting. I appreciate Mr. Morgan, Matt, Sam, and controller Taylor Spring for their professionalism and assistance in resolving the financial aspects of the situation. Our original vehicle was returned, our $4,000 down payment was refunded, and an additional $1,320.61 in expenses was reimbursed. The CEO also provided compensation in response to the insulting emails and the way the matter was handled. However, I was also told that the dealership would only pay their retail for the tint installed on the vehicle. From my perspective, this raised concerns that I had overpaid for the tint and had been charged more than the service was worth. I felt taken advantage of by the outside company involved in providing that service. Which was absolutely not true! During our discussions, management acknowledged that the process had not been handled appropriately and indicated that the matter would be addressed through additional employee training. Although I appreciate upper management's efforts to resolve the situation financially, the experience raised significant concerns about the dealership's financing, communication, customer service, and vendor practices. I found the way the situation was handled by the sales and finance departments to be extremely unprofessional, and the insulting emails from Clayton further damaged my trust in the dealership. I recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle carefully review all financing documents, confirm whether financing is final or conditional, verify the actual cost and value of any add on products or services, and ensure that all terms are clearly explained before leaving the dealership. I appreciate the assistance provided by upper management. However, based on this experience, I do not plan to purchase another vehicle from Brandon Honda. I hope the dealership uses this experience to improve its processes, employee conduct, and oversight of outside vendors so that other customers do not encounter similar difficulties. More

Their auto insurance department manager, Heather was able to help me obtain a much more cost effective policy, and Luis in finance was great too! Now I know why my sister has purchased multiple cars from Chris and Brandon Honda. I'll definitely be referring anyone I know in the market to them! More

Brandon Honda, This Dealership Truly Cares About You!! I had the best car buying experience ever! I had shopped multiple Honda dealerships in 3 counties ( I work in 3 counties) and went to Brandon Honda l I had the best car buying experience ever! I had shopped multiple Honda dealerships in 3 counties ( I work in 3 counties) and went to Brandon Honda last. The people at this dealership are the best! Not just one or two, but everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the finance person. This place has integrity, honesty and just all around great people! I already had the lowest price offered from 3 other dealers. I almost didn't stop by Brandon Honda but I decided to call and just tell the internet manager Ron Wright what I was offered by the other dealers. Ron has a very personable demeanor and he is the reason I decided to stop in. He assured me that no matter how low the price was, he would not be undersold by anyone. I met Ron and the Lou Artalona who is a customer relations manager when I arrived. We spoke and I let them know what I was looking for. They went to work and everything they told me they would do was 100% accurate. I have to say that Lou is the kindest, most courteous person you could ever meet! Ron and Lou delivered on their promise and I was ecstatic about the price! I didn't think it could get any better than this until I went into finance. This is where I met Luis Gaetan, the best finance person I have ever met! Luis immediately puts you at ease and thoroughly explains every detail of financing. He also got a lower rate for me than the lowest rate my own bank had and saved me several hundred more with a maintenance package I wanted. Luis is a super nice guy and has your best interest at heart. If you are in the market for a new Honda, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...GO TO BRANDON HONDA AND SPEAK WITH THEM! You will save money and be treated very good! My thanks to Ron, Lou and Luis for a great car buying experience! This dealership is great! More
