Beware, I was talking with a few people at Orlando location and I was going to even trade a 2010 Mustang convertible for a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage what a great deal for them, right! They kept telling location and I was going to even trade a 2010 Mustang convertible for a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage what a great deal for them, right! They kept telling me to set a time to come by and look so on 7-30-26 I let them know that morning I will be driving over that evening to finalize the trade, I left work about 30 mins early to get the car cleaned to take. I look up address and I drove to the Innovation way address so 1hr out of the way because wrong address online, got correct address and finally got to the location at 815pm walked in to see a bunch of young people wear headsets in front of tvs looks like playing video games. I said I was there to do a trade and I let them know what car and I was informed after driving 3 hrs that the car was sold that morning and after I was texting that morning and a week of talking to these ppl you would think they would inform a person that the car is sold after all that correspondence but no they waste your time because you get there and they try to sell something else like your hard up. This is why ppl don't trust anymore and why so many people saying the same thing about this business. I THINK THIS PLACE IS VERY SHADY AND SHOULD BE LOOKED AT SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT. More
