Marco was rude and condescending during our negotiation. We were both very annoyed at his attitude. With only a couple of hours remaining till closing time, he demanded that if we wanted the car, that we We were both very annoyed at his attitude. With only a couple of hours remaining till closing time, he demanded that if we wanted the car, that we pay in full and remove the car from the lot otherwise, the car will be sold to anyone who wants it. Perhaps surprising to you, we did not have $30,000 in our pocket nor a bank check for each of the dealerships we planned to visit. My offer for a $10,000 deposit was refused and we were badgered to use a debit card or sign an agreement with some ‘factor’ company. Out of frustration we left the dealership upset and drove 2.5 hours home without making a purchase. Austin called later with apologies and we returned the next day and made a purchase. We will never return to Brandon Honda and will continue to share our experience with friends. More
