I bought a CPO Impreza from Subaru Wesley Chapel. This was long distance as I live 4 hours away. The buying part was ok, except the warranty man was very rude when he couldn’t convince me to buy anything extra. We arranged to have the car delivered for a few hundred dollars more. At delivery, the faceplate of the charging panel inside the car had fallen off and would not stay on. After speaking with my salesman, Todd Featherstone, I was told to bring it to my local Subaru where they found that the entire charging board was broken, nothing would charge, including the wireless charging pad. Todd stopped responding to me at that point, so I contacted the managers who, after a few calls, gave me Subaru America’s phone number. Subaru America very kindly arranged with my local dealer to have it fixed. Subaru Wesley Chapel wanted nothing to do with me or their broken car after they sold it to me. On the way to my local dealer, one side of the roof rack flew off, so I had to literally hold it down through the sunroof. That should not have been broken either. Subaru Wesley Chapel sold me a car that apparently went through the CPO checklist, but was broken when delivered to me, and they stopped responding to both me and my local dealership when they realized that. Bad customer service, neither part would have cost them much to fix. My wireless charging pad still does not work, but I’ve given up on that. More
