However, I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from the dealership only about a month ago, and I have already encountered multiple issues. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle developed a problem involving the transmission shifter/ control module. I am now also dealing with an A/C door actuator issue that requires repair. I understand that used vehicles can develop problems, and I do not expect a used car to be perfect. However, having two significant issues arise so soon after the purchase makes me question how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected before it was sold. I appreciate that the dealership agreed to address an initial issue that popped up on the way home from the dealership. That said, I wish the other problems had been identified before the sale. It is frustrating to make a substantial purchase and then immediately face additional repairs. More

From my very first conversation, the communication and responsiveness were incredible. I had a slightly complicated situation because I was getting ready to leave for a three-week international trip, wanted to take advantage of Subaru’s current financing, and wouldn’t actually be able to pick up the car until I returned. Instead of making that complicated, this team basically said, “We’ll figure it out,” and then they did. Mike, the Internet Sales Manager, was AMAZING. He was incredibly responsive, answered my approximately 7,000 questions 😂, gave me clear numbers and options, and worked with my schedule to make the entire thing possible. Hipolitol was wonderful throughout the process and made sure I had all the details and answers I needed about the car. There was never any pressure, just lots of communication and a genuine willingness to work with me. Pickup was just as great. Keaton gave me a thorough walkthrough of my new Outback and even installed my cross bars for me. Stephen helped get everything set up with the Subaru app, and Brad made the financing portion easy, straightforward, and painless. The whole team worked together so seamlessly that I never felt like I was being passed from person to person and having to explain everything again. I’ve purchased my previous two Subarus from another dealership, so I had a very direct comparison, and the experience at Wesley Chapel was unmatched.
