My original appointment for oil change, and a single tire replacement could not be completed in one visit. Replaced the blown out tire as well as one more and asked for the good condition tire that I was rep replacement could not be completed in one visit. Replaced the blown out tire as well as one more and asked for the good condition tire that I was replacing to be left in my vehicle. This was not done and I called about the good condition replacement tire Arius times and was insured that they still had it. Since these services could not be fully completed, I had to utilize the drop off/pick up service. The team insured me that they would put that tire back in my car the next time I brought my car back. The dealership in fact did not put my original good condition tire back in my car, but put a “better one”, the lack of honesty was a huge red flag for me . To top it all off, with the dealership knowing I was picking up my car after hours I was shocked to come to find out that my car was blocked in by other cars. Someone/various people drop the ball and I will infect never be coming back to the dealership ever again. More
