After negotiating with 2 other VW dealers I found Gunther VW using True Car. Gunther’s first offer was lower than the previous offers after back and forth negotiations with the previous dealers They made th VW using True Car. After seeing the offer from Gunther one of the first dealerships now said they would like an opportunity to match or beat the offer from Gunther. By this point, I just appreciated that Oscar from Gunther gave me the best price he could right from the beginning and the price didn’t depend on my ability to talk them down. Oscar showed me he was dealing in good faith and I didn’t bother to offer the other dealer to match. Gunther earned my business and I made the purchase today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled most of the paperwork before I arrived and all together it only took a little over an hour to close the deal and get the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. Great experience all around. Thank you Oscar. You were polite, funny and a pleasure to deal with. More

Went to look for a used car. They had a CRV priced ok. Drive badly..open to others, the third one I was going to buy, until I saw what they were going to try and charge me. First they tried to up the price of the car, as if I have no memory to what they told me 1/2 hr a go..then fees which are xx. The sales guy was nice, he had to keep going to his boss every minute, as boss was as greedy af. In the end I left as I thought my head was going to blow off my neck. More
