We live in MA and purchased a used car from Ivan and Ferman. Most of the transaction happened over the phone. This is always a questionable situation. Ivan was extremely responsive and helpful, the dealership worked closely with our insurance agent, and when we arrived everything was exactly as they said it would be. Actually they went beyond- they filled the tank with gas for us. What dealership does that? We came away feeling that they are 100% trustworthy, and also more interested in long-term relationships and being of service to their customers, rather than trying to wring every last dollar out of the current sale. How refreshing! I could not recommend Ivan and Ferman more highly.

This was an unexpected visit, but I ended up purchasing a new Atlas SE Cross Sport. This dealership is adorned with spectacular vintage VW's. Very clean and Modern. My sales consultant was Sal Seruya. He greeted me at the door and from that moment on he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the test drives and him taking the time to explain the technology package to me. I was also introduced to Justin Dewar who went over the paper work with me. Justin, I enjoyed our conversation. It ended up being a great day. I drove home with a new Atlas and made two new friends.
