Everyone there, from Bobby, to Tyler, to Tim were very friendly and made sure every detail was taken care of with my new truck. The price was better than any other dealers I checked in my area. Worst car buying experience ever! Hidden fees added on to my contract, extra fees I was not aware of added.. Finance manager Carl rushed through the paperwork so fast, and the numbers on the contract I was given after purchase did not match the numbers on the contract that I signed. All signatures were electronic. Extra warranty that I did not request was added to the contract. An extra $10,000-$13000 was added to the contract that is unaccounted for. When I went to address the issue, I spoke to 2 guys in Finance. Carl and Chris, both were very rude and didn’t want to explain anything to me. I would not recommend anyone do business with these scammers. More
