Ben the service advisor was professional, however, the first time a took my car for service and repair to Airconditioner due to a humidity odor. I got my car back 4 days after it took the service department 45 minutes to give me my car and it was delivered dirty. I again had to take my car the second time for the same issue and from the receptionist to the service manager the service was horrendous! Never received a call from the service manager and the receptionist was dismissive and rude. In addition my call was disconnected 3 times before getting another voicemail. More

It was organized and customer-focused, which is why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The level of organization and attention to detail has dropped. Today, I had to bring my car in for service for the second time in less than two months, and instead of trying to understand the root cause, it felt like the team was just checking off basic boxes. Great service is about more than completing a task. It’s about listening, asking questions, understanding concerns, and owning the solution. That proactive approach is what set this place apart. I hope Braman Bmw returns to the standard that earned my loyalty in the first place. More
