I recently visited BMW Center Miami after receiving a flyer for a complimentary windshield wiper replacement. My first visit was not a great experience. Although I had an appointment, the conversation quickly turned into a sales pitch for new tires costing around $2,000. The approach felt somewhat aggressive, and I ended up leaving without completing the service. I decided to give them a second chance and returned later. This time, the experience was much better. The service advisor still informed me about the tire recommendation, but the conversation was much more professional and comfortable. The dealership provided Uber transportation both ways, offered complimentary coffee, washed my car, and completed the wiper replacement as promised. Overall, the facility is very clean, upscale, and customer-oriented. While I would suggest a less aggressive sales approach during service visits, I appreciated the quality of the service and amenities during my second visit. More

My experience with this dealership was unacceptable, misleading, and highly unprofessional. They tell you one thing verbally, but their actions and paperwork reflect something completely different. They rush you through signing a large amount of paperwork within seconds while verbally assuring you of things that are simply not true. I have four witnesses who can confirm exactly what was said and how the situation was handled. This was not a misunderstanding—this was a clear case of misleading communication and poor business practices. Their customer service is also extremely poor. They take an unreasonable amount of time to handle matters that should only take a few quick moments. When you try to get clarification or resolution, you are met with delays, lack of accountability, and no real effort to fix the situation. In my opinion, their process feels designed to trap customers in loopholes filled with negative financial consequences and obligations you were never properly informed about. They present one version of the truth verbally, but the documentation and outcome tell a completely different story. This dealership does not provide the level of professionalism, honesty, or transparency that customers deserve. Proper service means clear communication and paperwork that matches exactly what is being promised—something Braman BMW Miami failed to do. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and customer respect.
