As this was my initial service visit with my new Hyundai, I didn't know what to expect. Anthony explained procedures, explained about warranty work. Got me and my computer situated so I could wait for my car I didn't know what to expect. Anthony explained procedures, explained about warranty work. Got me and my computer situated so I could wait for my car in relative comfort, came and got me when service was completed, explained what was done and what could not be done (parts on back order), ushered me towards my waiting car. I would rate John a 4 only bc I was told computer update would take an hr - 2 hrs 15 minutes later b4 done. Service never made contact with me to set up blue link until after the service was completed. It c would take an hr - 2 hrs 15 minutes later b4 done. Then it was another 40 minutes and Olivier didn't believe that Blue Link was successfully installed leaving me to then call them. More
