I came in with a lot of apprehension but kept an open mind. I was stuck in a horrible situation with a bad car loan, massive negative equity, and monthly payments that were way too high. Every other dealership turned me away and told me it was impossible, but Heather told me right from the start that they could help—and she kept her word!The entire team was incredibly supportive. They gave me straight facts, honest numbers, and zero sales pitches. My salesperson, James, worked tirelessly to find a vehicle that actually fit my lifestyle and worked perfectly for my situation. Jorge, my finance manager, and Shawn, the financial advisor, went above and beyond to restructure everything, erase my negative equity headache, and lock in a monthly payment that I am completely comfortable with.They turned a stressful, intimidating situation into an easy, transparent, and joyful experience. Kia of Port Charlotte is amazing! ! I pulled into the service center in a panic because I could not get gas, the gas door refused to open! They got me right in and had the part in stoc ! I pulled into the service center in a panic because I could not get gas, the gas door refused to open! They got me right in and had the part in stock to fix it! Also it was under warranty so I owed nothing by the time it was said and done! Thank you Kia and Leslie! You all were awesome! I am glad I bought my car from this dealership! More
