Too many games played. the $2000 dealer package is designed to make up for any "discount" given on the car selected. Additionally, I was prepared to pay cash for my car. the $2000 dealer package is designed to make up for any "discount" given on the car selected. Additionally, I was prepared to pay cash for my car. I was talked into financining in order to get another $1000 off. In reality, I was paying $7 a day in interest and I was asked not to pay off the car for 3 months so that the dealership could get a kickback to make up for the "discount." Finally, the car only came with one key, when I asked for the dealer to make sure it had 2 keys (since they did not disclose only one key anywhere" I was told I had to pay for one. Then, when the key was to be ready I was told that they had the wrong key. I never heard from the dealership again. I had to text twice, with no response, inquiring about the key. When I called I was told that the key would now cost $350 after being quoted $250. All of the above has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Responding to texts was nearly immediate before I purchased the car. After purchase, crickets. Positive note, I did not feel any pressure from the 2 sales guys I dealt with, John and Phil. Financing wasted over 2 hours of my day because the numbers were wrong and the whole deal seemed fishy to me. I did pay off the car in full before making a payment. Bottom line, with all of the add ons, a car that was 24,300 ended up costing $29k out the door. Never again. More

Previously, I posted a nice review and gave the whole staff good reviews. I changed it due to a bad follow-up experience. I know once I sign all the paperwork, the purchase is final. However, one of the dealership staff had contacted me and asked me to bring the van over so they could take a look at the lit engine on the dashboard. I bought the van today, and the engine light came on the next day, which seems to be so abnormal and displeasing. I do not know what they did to clear the light off. It came back on again after a few days, which means that they did not do anything to fix it. When buying a car at the dealership, I would encourage people to bring a mechanic with them to test everything, along with an OBD2 scanner. The scanner will help identify all hidden errors before making a buying decision. I spoke with three of the employees today, one of them said he was going to talk to his manager and would reach out to me. That is a lie. He never did. More
