Sales rep did a good job answering questions but the financial manager showed zero empathy in the customer, he was not clear since the very beginning of the business and he did not offer any alternative financial manager showed zero empathy in the customer, he was not clear since the very beginning of the business and he did not offer any alternatives during the, negotiation process. I had to pay 4K more of I had planned just because of this. May be he is Familiar dealing with very rich people, something that he mentioned several times.
