Sam worked with us on a timely basis to negotiate the price we wanted on a CX-30. He provided all the information we needed about the car and the purchase process. Purchased a used truck from these guys, I agreed on the price they agreed on the price and then at the end they provided me with a digital copy of my agreement when I was able to review the digital copy at price they agreed on the price and then at the end they provided me with a digital copy of my agreement when I was able to review the digital copy at home I saw that and an employee named Liz added just under $9000 worth of charges to the agreement without me, knowing without me even agreeing to this she obviously did this with their bosses, knowing. After I confronted the management and showed them the proof that the over charges were done without my knowledge without my approval and they agreed that they made a mistake they say, but in the end so far I’m still paying interest on just under $9000 I shouldn’t be paying. I’ve asked for help with this. They tell me that refunded the bank. The bank still has no clue of where that money is. I’ve asked for these guys to help me by giving me all the information I need to help me address this with the bank and they washed your hands with it. They haven’t helped me that you sent me a copy of one check that wasn’t even the total amount. The reference was probably not even there because the bank doesn’t have a clue of where that money is gone or where the money is and to this date over two months after the purchase of the freaking vehicle, I’m still paying interest to the bank for the mistake made by their employee list if it was a mistake or not, I don’t know, but this is really unbelievable that this dealership won’t get off their butts to help out a customer that was abused by their employee just because I’m an old guy in a veteran. I don’t believe I should be treated like this. This is not even fair business practice. I believe that if the employee did that on her own, she shouldn’t even be employed any longer if she did it with her knowledge, then shame on you Mazda of Naples. More

Previously, I posted a nice review and gave the whole staff good reviews. I changed it due to a bad follow-up experience. I know once I sign all the paperwork, the purchase is final. However, one of the dealership staff had contacted me and asked me to bring the van over so they could take a look at the lit engine on the dashboard. I bought the van today, and the engine light came on the next day, which seems to be so abnormal and displeasing. I do not know what they did to clear the light off. It came back on again after a few days, which means that they did not do anything to fix it. When buying a car at the dealership, I would encourage people to bring a mechanic with them to test everything, along with an OBD2 scanner. The scanner will help identify all hidden errors before making a buying decision. I spoke with three of the employees today, one of them said he was going to talk to his manager and would reach out to me. That is a lie. He never did. More
