Started out great. Everything was quick, staff were all friendly. Then we waited 2 hours for the car to be detailed. I got lots of apologies, was told multiple times it was almost ready. Finally got the vehicle and it hadn't been touched. Manager was very apologetic when he discovered the rear interior wasn't clean. We understood they were busy, said it was fine and left. As we drove home we noticed more and more that hadn't been cleaned. It was clear the detailers had not done anything, but we waited for 2 hours...? We also noticed the vehicle had 5k more miles than advertised. I understands little discrepancy but 5,000? Pretty disappointed although everyone really was great and I don't place blame on any of them. More
