Bought a 38k-mile vehicle here. Severe engine misfire started on the drive home day one. Dealership service department misdiagnosed it twice. Scheduled two separate, confirmed face-to-face appointments with the General Manager, drove an hour from Fort Myers each time, and the GM completely ducked the meetings and hid. Avoid Naples Mazda at all costs, filing state dealer licensing complaints next. More
