Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. I believe we will be friends for a very long time. I also believe I will be driving a Volvo for a very long time. My car is an absolute dream! Thank you so much.

Car shopping should be fun, but let’s be honest, it’s not. Not usually at least! Shopping with Mr. Shawn Langley at Ed Morse Alfa Romeo Fiat was exactly the experience I needed. I knew exactly what I was looking for & he was able to get me the keys to my dream truck. After visiting multiple dealerships that claimed to have the truck I wanted and being let down because of their false advertising, I was ecstatic that the listing online for my truck was truthful to a T. Shout out to Ed Morse! On top of it all, Shawn was not only the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met, he made the experience fun! During our test drive he showed me all the bells and whistles and he wasn’t pushy at all, it felt like I was driving an old friend around town! He was also patient with my busy work schedule and denied other customers from buying it out from under me while I was working. In the end, we were able to negotiate a deal that made sense for all of us. After closing the deal, I had an issue with my navigation, & he followed through in helping me get it addressed and even put me in a beautiful Alfa Romeo loaner until he personally delivered my truck back to me over an hour drive away, and with a new set of spare keys! Top tier service, this man deserves 10 stars. I highly recommend giving him a call if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle. I could not be any more happy. Thank you Ed Morse & Thank you thank you, Shawn! You’re the man!

As I stated in a previous review Crown Volvo and Joe in service are on a much higher level than the dealership in our hometown and I am guessing over all. Our dealership in PA now charges a 6% fee if payment is with a credit card. Being out of warranty the diagnostic charge is waved if repairs are down at dealership if service is done at Crown Volvo. Our Pennsylvania dealership charges a $250 rate and is added to your bill along with parts and labor. When I questioned their policy compared to my experience in Florida I was told that I was probably charged for diagnostic fee in a heightened labor charge in Florida. This is completely not true . Joe went through our invoice in detail explaining every charge . If you live in xx Pete and drive a Volvo you are definitely fortunate. I will never purchase another Volvo in PA. Here is hoping that I can live in the sunshine state some day and be treated like a valuable customer at Crown Volvo instead of the substandard treatment I receive in PA. I cant say enough great things about Crown Volvo and the service they provide and how they treat you. We have purchased 3 and leased 1 Volvo in the last 8 years in Apparently all dealerships are not created equal. Thank you Crown and thank you Joe.
