This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through! Agim was amazing - he has such a calming personality and made everything feel really laid back and easy. I expressed all of our needs and he went out of his way to make us happy. Paul the finance manager was also great. He walked us through all of the numbers and made sure we were comfortable - he was very personable. Brittany was so sweet and helpful - I’m telling you, this dealership is the best because of its people. We are in love with the truck and couldn’t be happier. Jim (Agim) Sulemani was excellent in dealing with our order and then delivery of our Grenadier. He went over the top in making sure all of our details were attended to, and exploring through multiple op order and then delivery of our Grenadier. From the moment we fist talked to Agim on the phone asking about the Granadier, we knew he would be our best sales representative. It was a risky decision for us when it comes to purchasing a brand asking about the Granadier, we knew he would be our best sales representative. It was a risky decision for us when it comes to purchasing a brand new car which was introduced to US market recently and no one knew about it but working with him was such a peaceful process. Everything went very smooth, even though we were from Orlando and had to do everything remotely before we get there and buy the car. The 2024 Grenadier was the first vehicle that I have purchased online. Jim made the process seamless and went out of his way to send me pictures of the vehicle when asked as well as updates about the purchased online.
