We are residents of Florida and it was time for a new Q5 so we went to Audi Sarasota and asked for Tom based on reviews. I've had 2 previous Q5s that were purchased in Raleigh and had developed a nice repoire there so starting over at a new dealership with a purchase was something I wasn't looking forward to. However, Tom made the transition easy. No pressure, no hounding us to make a decision...just straightforward answers and information and when we were ready, he found the car that I wanted, had it moved to this dealership and ensured it was prepped and ready when we picked up the new car. He then spent quite a bit of time going over the features again and repeatedly told us to call him anytime with any questions. He wanted us happy with our new vehicle and cared about our experience. Would 100% buy another car from Tom Clancy! More
