He always got back to m from Audi Sarasota, and I can’t recommend Tom enough! Tom was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions, which made the entire buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Once we agreed on pricing, everything was ready to go when I arrived. The paperwork was prepared, and my new Q7 was waiting for me in the showroom, freshly detailed with a bow on it. It was such a thoughtful touch that made picking up my new car feel truly special. What impressed me the most was that Tom never made me feel rushed. Before I left, he took the time to walk me through every feature of the vehicle, making sure I understood everything from front to back. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable with my new car before driving away. I also wanted to recognize Tony, the Sales Manager. He greeted us as soon as we arrived and took the time to personally thank us for our business. That genuine appreciation made a lasting impression and really reflects the customer-first culture at Audi Sarasota. The entire team at Audi Sarasota made this an exceptional experience, and the attention to detail throughout the process did not go unnoticed.
