I had our 2025 Subaru Forester in for its first scheduled six-month maintenance visit in late March 2025. At the same time I had the service department take care of the recall involving the wheels. The staff took care of both in an efficient and timely manner - I was in and out in 80 minutes - and were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. My wife and I are very happy that we purchased our Forester from Clay Subaru, and we will continue to have it serviced at this dealership.

Bill treated both my son and I as if the vehicles had been purchase at Copeland. Having experience dealing with several managers from different dealerships I can truly say that Bill is second to none. He is a by far the most professional, accommodating, understanding.
