The service folks up front are nice. The rest is all downhill from there. Over the past 3 years, so far I’was told one time I needed air and cabin filters when I had changed them myself that day.and the empty boxes were in the back seat. Recently my car died and was told I need a battery. But the battery was fine after I brought it back to the place I bought it from under warranty and it was tested fine. Apparently they wouldn’t fix the car until I removed my dash cam and a few other accessories. It went back home on a ramp truck and my neighbor (a mechanic) and I fixed it in 15 minutes. (Loose ground wire on the body) Service manager had said it needed battery or maybe a fuel pump before I took it back home on the ramp truck. Oh and the electrical issues were my fault because something aftermarket was causing a phantom draw on the system. Huh? All that aftermarket stuff has been in the vehicle for years. Never an issue. So in the end I don’t trust any dealer service centers as far as I can throw my car. That said I don’t recommend them at all other than oil changes and tires. Only time I’ve never had an issue. I’m done with Nissan after this vehicle anyway since the quality has take a nose dive. My vehicle is running like a top. No thanks to them. More
