I have to say. I DID get a call back from Derek. I appreciated and respect that. Almost immediately after I posted. We had a good conversation and we are all good. I have MUCH respect that he took that time to apologize and we were able to get things straightened out. He turned me around. They have kept this customer. To take the time to almost immediately call and have a respectful conversation says a lot to me. All issues and concerns have been cleared up. Customer service DOES mean something to this dealership AND their employees. Thank you Derek. I apologize for my harsh words in my earlier post. Btw… I will go back to recommending this dealership.
