I always feel comfortable dealing with the service people at Dartmouth Nissan. They let you know what's going on, how long it should take, and never push any services on you. They do recommend, but never try at Dartmouth Nissan. They let you know what's going on, how long it should take, and never push any services on you. They do recommend, but never try to upsell you. I bought my vehicle in 2023. I have never been dissatisfied up until this last service visit for an oil change and tire rotation. Basically due to Derek. I found out today after I have never been dissatisfied up until this last service visit for an oil change and tire rotation. Basically due to Derek. I found out today after reading my emails that there were service recommendations given. And I specifically asked about that and was told you’re OK good to go. He did not give me a receipt and my bad for not asking for it. I should’ve known better. That will not happen again. I’m sure that receipt showed what I found out today even though he lied to my face. This service just brings that dealership down a notch for me. I am so upset and angry that true customer service was not provided. Up until now I have given great reviews and have recommended the dealership to quite a few people. Not sure I wanna do that for a little while at the moment. I’ll give myself time to cool down because at this point I don’t even know if I wanna stay with that dealership. I hope they’re not hiring other people like him because they will lose some business. This was very disappointing. More

Tells you that you can drop your car off during the week work & they have a ride share program which would bring me back to work while I left my car at the dealership and when my car was finished they would work & they have a ride share program which would bring me back to work while I left my car at the dealership and when my car was finished they would come & pick me up & bring me back to get my car. Mind you I asked a million questions before I made the decision to drop my car off to them. I also asked while making my appointment if there was ANY cost for bringing in my car to be looked at & I was told the ONLY cost might be $209 because that is my deductible & I have full insurance, a warranty & a $4000 gap insurance I didn’t even know I bought. However….. once I got there for my 7:45am appointment I was informed that they won’t be giving me a ride because they didn’t have one available & I would need to find a ride. Thank god my boss came & got me but they PROMISED I would definitely have a ride back. Then they also informed me that since I was inquiring about two problems there would be a $199 charge for both issues. So never mind the $200 deductible now it’s that plus another $400 that was never explained. After my boss brings back, hours later they call me & tell me they could not find the things I wanted them to check so they didn’t charge me the two $199 diagnostic fees but they saw that I needed a sticker & in order for my car to pass the inspection I needed my new wipers ( which mines were perfect already ) & my car also needed an alignment which was $170. I said I agree to the alignment because I did feel like my car needed it. Mind you, I bought my car there last year & it’s a 2024 so why am I even having issues ? Anyway… Doug asks me to hang on & he was going to talk to the technician. He comes back on the phone & tells me that the technician already went & did it since they didn’t charge me the two diagnostics & this was cheaper they thought it would be ok!!!!!! SERIOUSLY ?? I told them I’m not paying them & to send me a ride so I can pick up car when it’s finished. OH WELL could you believe they tell me they can’t pick me up & I needed to find my own ride. EVERY SERVICE from the day I bought my car to this day I brought it in the dealership had been nothing but headaches, stress & lies!!!! I WILL NEVER go back there, never recommend anyone to go there. Place is AWFUL. By the way when I decided to buy the car it was priced at a little under $27,000 but yet the total came to $40,000. Thieves! More

The service folks up front are nice. The rest is all downhill from there. Over the past 3 years, so far I’was told one time I needed air and cabin filters when I had changed them myself The rest is all downhill from there. Over the past 3 years, so far I’was told one time I needed air and cabin filters when I had changed them myself that day.and the empty boxes were in the back seat. Recently my car died and was told I need a battery. But the battery was fine after I brought it back to the place I bought it from under warranty and it was tested fine. Apparently they wouldn’t fix the car until I removed my dash cam and a few other accessories. It went back home on a ramp truck and my neighbor (a mechanic) and I fixed it in 15 minutes. (Loose ground wire on the body) Service manager had said it needed battery or maybe a fuel pump before I took it back home on the ramp truck. Oh and the electrical issues were my fault because something aftermarket was causing a phantom draw on the system. Huh? All that aftermarket stuff has been in the vehicle for years. Never an issue. So in the end I don’t trust any dealer service centers as far as I can throw my car. That said I don’t recommend them at all other than oil changes and tires. Only time I’ve never had an issue. I’m done with Nissan after this vehicle anyway since the quality has take a nose dive. My vehicle is running like a top. No thanks to them. More
