I've had some terrible experiences with other dealership, but everyone I've worked with at colonial has been great. Pam in the service department is wonderful and so are Edison and Jacqueline. Shelby in sale but everyone I've worked with at colonial has been great. Pam in the service department is wonderful and so are Edison and Jacqueline. Shelby in sales was so easy going and didn't put any pressure on me when I was still shopping around. I can't recommend colonial West enough to anyone looking for a new, used, or classic car. More
