My true rating is 6 stars out of 5. I've left BMW of Medford pleased after each and every service visit. Both Amiel and Lens have been extremely helpful on various occasions. They go above and beyond in making sure that I'm well taken care of. I initially met Lens when he was working at the Parts counter and, from day one, he had that same warm, "go above and beyond" energy. I'm not surprised that he was transitioned to become a Service Advisor. I appreciate Amiel and Lens and, candidly, they're a MAJOR part of the reason that my loyalty has been growing for BMW of Medford.
