Mrs. Gordy, I do apologize about any miscommunication on the estimate that we sent you. As I am reviewing it currently. Our diagnostic fee is discussed at the time of write up. You did come in with a misfire code and we had to find out exactly what was causing it for you. That time is what the diagnostic fee covers. Also, per your request we rotated your tires and noted whoever rotated them previously had cross threaded 2 lugs onto the studs on the same tire. And as a courtesy because it was what is considered safety by us we replaced them at no charge to you. Even though you had not rotated tires with us since May of 2022, 21,000 miles ago.
