I have consistently relied on Nissan’s authorized service centers for maintaining my 2019 Pathfinder. On May 15, I brought the vehicle in for a routine service (over 70,000 miles) and requested a comprehensi centers for maintaining my 2019 Pathfinder. On May 15, I brought the vehicle in for a routine service (over 70,000 miles) and requested a comprehensive inspection. Following the service, I was informed that the rear brakes required replacement. Due to early closure that day, I was advised to schedule the repair for the following week and was assured that everything else was in good condition. I returned on May 22 for the rear brake replacement. During that visit, I was unexpectedly informed that the front lower control arms were torn and also required replacement. This raised a concern, as no such issue was identified or communicated during the prior visit, despite a full inspection and tire rotation being performed. When I asked why this was not identified earlier, no clear explanation was provided. Trust is a critical component of any service relationship, and this experience has significantly impacted my confidence. It has left me questioning whether continuing to rely on Route 9 Nissan for service is the right decision. More
The work performed was done timely. I was told that I needed a battery because it did not hold its charge.
