Every question I had was addressed and a video link was shared where the technician showed and explained exactly what the results were from their inspection in relation to my specific concerns. I then received a phone call to discuss all the results of the additional inspection. (I actually had an answer to one question as soon as I mentioned it. My car has a safety feature that engages when necessary and just like that “poop” no more worries!) My experience with the salesman went very well except for an extra long wait time between agreeing to the terms and receiving the vehicle ! He was busy and didn’t have much time to go over everything in the an extra long wait time between agreeing to the terms and receiving the vehicle ! He was busy and didn’t have much time to go over everything in the truck ! Also had to wait over a week to get the dealership to mail me my registration after I got them the insurance info ! I had to call and was told it was there and didn’t understand why it was not mailed like the salesman said he would ! All that said for the most part I like dealing with you ! More
