I walked in needing a truck and having a lot of questions. I was immediately greeted at the door and assigned a salesman, Steve. I walked in with not a lot of knowledge on all things trucks and wal questions. I was immediately greeted at the door and assigned a salesman, Steve. I walked in with not a lot of knowledge on all things trucks and walked out with all the information I needed and then some. Steve was kind, helpful, and extremely attentive. I changed my mind about which truck I liked and why about a dozen times, not only was Steve understanding, he was determined to find us what we were looking for. He came in on his days off to check for things we needed and more. I would recommend coming to Flood Ford in East Greenwich any day. I would recommend Steve to any and everyone. The purchase and numbers side of it were also explained amazingly by Paulette. Who answered all questions and showed us every option. The team at Flood Ford is the best! More

Aside from having to pay an additional 3,850. 00 dollars towards my taxes due to a computer error two weeks after I took delivery of my new truck. Everything went smoothly.
