I worked with Nick who kept me well informed everyday about exactly what was going on with my vehicle and why, it was a difficult situation and they handled it professionally and with respect to me. They took care of everything for me and delayed any fears that I might have had dealing with a dealership. All dealerships are basically the same. The difference is how they treat there people. Some places,the staff is nervous without a since of direction. Imperial was friendly and they seemed to want to sell you the right car.
