By chance, they had exactly what I was looking for. Since I was a first-time buyer and the car had a bit more mileage than I was fully comfortable with, I was definitely a little worried going in. Dave helped me through the process and was really nice to work with. Henry, the manager, was also great and gave me a lot of confidence. When I brought up my concerns about the mileage and number of previous owners, Henry was willing to work with me on the price, which I really appreciated. The financing process was smooth as well, and they were able to match what I had in mind. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. Also, as with any big purchase, one thing I recommend is to do your own research beforehand. Know the car, know what you want from the deal, and make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re getting. What makes this even worse is that instead of standing behind the vehicle they sold, we were left dealing with the full financial burden ourselves. For a dealership representing higher-end vehicles, this level of accountability is extremely disappointing. Please be aware: If you’re considering buying from here, do not rely solely on their inspection or word. Take the extra step and have the vehicle inspected at an official dealership for that specific make and model before you buy. It could save you thousands and a major headache.
