Carissa was the absolute best salesperson I have ever had when buying a new car. And I have bought many over the years. She was very personable and kept a good line of communications open. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the RAV4 hybrid that I was interested in buying. She was able to answer every question I had not matter how difficult it was. She clearly knows her cars and enjoys doing her job, nice to see. She was engaging and so enthusiastic during the whole process of buying this car. I would recommend her highly. I would give her 10 stars if there were that many to award. Mike, in the finance section, was great to work with for closing the deal. He was quick to process our transaction and was not pushy. Efficient and very personable. These two people were a great team. More

I wasn't happy with the service the first or second time I went there. I had actually even started looking elsewhere. Then I got a text from Ericka and she was absolutely wonderful! She actually searched for some cars for me, as well as looked into the cars I asked her to. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would have purchase my vehicle somewhere else if it wasn't for her. Josh was the show person and he was also just as phenomenal! He showed me the car, made the process comfortable and relaxed when I decided to purchase, and then gave me an in-depth tutorial on how certain things worked. Lee, the in-the-back man, was also great. He was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to over sell on unnecessary things. Overall, the third time was the charm. More
