Emailed on a monday about 2 CPO mazdas to make appt to see and test drive on wed. Got to dealership and Nate greeted us. he was not expecting us and did not know about appt. we went to lot and walked around looking for them for 25 minutes - he tried to show us the wrong car. we pointed that out and he suggested going inside so he could find out where the car was. 20 minutes later, he came back and told us that car was recently sold. he then disappeared to find our about the 2nd car, 15 minutes later, he told us that car was also recently sold. we then asked if we could test drive the car in the lot that he did show us, 20 minutes later he came back and said he was sorry but it was too close to closing time to let us take it out. I kid you not!! while we did so much waiting, we noticed on their website that it says they will bring the car to you. so as we were leaving, we told the manager how disappointed we were, esp since we called to confirm our appointment an hour before leaving and reminded Alyssa that we were not close by (about 1 1/2 hours in traffic). he did not seem to care, even a little and did not apologize. we said if we look at another car, we would take them up on the service to bring the car to us and he laughed out loud. "we dont do that!!" we said it was on his website and he said that was during the pandemic, which was 6 years ago! they took up about 4 1/2 hours of out time, including commute. Absolutely shocking and terrible service! We went to 495 mazda a few days later. 100% different experience. gave them 5 stars and bought a car! More

Integrity is not something that is typically thought of when it comes to car dealerships. We recently had a fantastic experience at Liberty Mazda purchasing a certified pre owned Mazda. I’d like to espec when it comes to car dealerships. We recently had a fantastic experience at Liberty Mazda purchasing a certified pre owned Mazda. I’d like to especially thank Pete and Tom for making us feel comfortable with making our choice and decision. Pete walked us thorough the many features of different models explained everything we could possibly have questions about and demonstrated all the features of the model we chose answering any questions that we had. When we chose the vehicle we wanted he introduced to Tom who handed the financing. Tom was able to get us a fair interest rate, and walked us through all the confusing paperwork that comes with purchasing and financing a car. He answered all our questions and gave us many options in regards to the Mazda certified warranty and additional warranty and service contracts.To have people like Pete and Tom providing such gentle and knowledgeable assistance when making such an expensive and confusing purchase reflects the overall integrity of this dealership.
