Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the salesperson and finance manager was disappointing — communication broke down, and the process felt misleading & dishonest. However, after raising my concerns, the General Manager, Miles, personally reached out to me. Miles was upfront and truthful about what went wrong, which I truly appreciated. Rather than making excuses, he took full ownership and focused on finding a fair, professional resolution. He not only made things right but went above and beyond to ensure the rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. The transaction became completely seamless — he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered directly to my home.
