I originally came in to purchase a 2025 Hummer in September. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the salesperson and finance manager was disappointing — communication broke down, and the process felt misleading & dishonest. However, after raising my concerns, the General Manager, Miles, personally reached out to me. Miles was upfront and truthful about what went wrong, which I truly appreciated. Rather than making excuses, he took full ownership and focused on finding a fair, professional resolution. He not only made things right but went above and beyond to ensure the rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. The transaction became completely seamless — he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered directly to my home. It’s rare in sales to see someone take accountability and rebuild trust after a bad experience, but Miles did exactly that. Thanks to his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, I’m very pleased with my purchase and look forward to buying more vehicles from them in the future. More
