He also helped me understand that contrary to what I had assumed, my car did not need a routine oil change that day. As a result, I was able to spend my money on the service that was actually needed. Being alerted by my car that it needed maintenance, I was able to get a same day appointment.. The men in the service garage were welcoming and helpful.
