Worst experience if I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning was presented by lies. Showed up for finance the next day and sales person was not there showed up for delivery the following day From the beginning was presented by lies. I am coming from a different dealership where customer service is a priority but unfortunately imperial Toyota does not. More

The dealership was not honest or thorough about their cars. I was sold a car that was thought to be certified but I quickly discovered that the “certified” checklist was not followed and I was sold a pro cars. When I confronted the dealership about the problems, I was made to feel like I was a burden. I experienced employees gossiping about me and my situation. The only saving grace was fawad, another salesman- he made sure that I ended up with a quality car. He has a great sense of humor and patience. He is the only person I would recommend. More
